Expense - A feature to enter Home and Office Address from the Administrator side, then calculate distance.

Expense module or Employee Details - A feature to enter Home and Office Address then calculate distance. To set the Distance that they will have to use in Expense >> Transport claim.

receipt attachment should be compulsory

whenever employees file for claims, it is a type of business operating expense. It is calculated into the financial statements. The business can get into big trouble during audit if these receipts are not present. So receipts should be mandatory.

Expense module Reimbursement Bank File Generation

Clients who are reimbursing or paying their employees expense claims separately would benefit on this. There are clients who don't want to include the expense claims in payroll. Or for those client who are only using the expense module.

Allow a different approving office for specific claim

Would be good if we could set a different approving officer for sensitive claims, e.g. staff flexi benefit claim, so that HR can be the one reviewing and approving instead of the manager who approve department claims.
