It is great that employees are able to update their own details. However it is not great that I can only see the changes and don't need to approve them. It is just not realistic to let it do them by themselves as they will make mistakes and resulting from this we will have faulty data. So what we need is that employees can change their details but before they are saved in the system need to be approved by an administrator.
