Recently our submission of GPCL was rejected. We were told CCL must be prorated based on dates 01 Jan to 31 Dec 2021 / 2022. Staff joined 19 Apr 2021 and tendered resignation and last day is 16 Jun 2022. She utilized 10 days (4 days for 2021 & 6 days for 2022). Staff was allowed to apply leave with no error prompt in Justlogin. We have to manual claw back the over taken CCL from her final salary. Justlogin should have all leave type in line to Singapore MOM / MSF regulations.
