Send Notification to HR department if an employee takes more than 7 days - No Pay Leave

My company is Aptiv Safety & Mobility Services Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Is there a setting or function that the system will auto send an notification to HR department / admin whenever there’s an employee takes more than 7 days – No Pay Leave?

This function will help us monitor and identify specific employees who takes more than 7 days - No pay leave and also helps with our payroll calculation & yearly performance appraisal.
