Must have a field for work permit no, CSOC no and their individual expired date field.

Now I cannot see when work permit and CSOC expired date. You can build free field to let use keep track expired date for various certificate at work

JustPeople - Please include more fields for dependents such as identity number, passport details and DOB

These information will be very helpful for when we need to pull out data for application of relevant passes to stay in SG, insurance enrollment, seeking childcare leave reimbursement, to name a few.

Under custom reporting only pull out the staff's name once with the latest title.

Currently if a staff has been promoted a few times in the company, the custom report will list this staff 3 or 4 times with all the previous titles if the report includes titles. One time listing with the latest title would be much better.
