Notification to clear leave

It will be good for the system to be able to send an email notification to employee to utilise or clear their leave based on the leave policy. Currently have to generate the report and check individually and send them reminder.

generate government paid child care leave claims declaration form (GPCL1) from eleave

be able to populate the data from child details and child care leave dates and generate a pdf CPCL1 for HR staff every time the staff has utilized the 2 or 6 days of leave. so that the HR staff can use this form to submit for claims.

Easy to view expense description

A column in the expense report for each individual expense's "Description" so that the Approver can easily see what each expense was for. Otherwise the Approver would have to enter each expense to see the details, which is tedious and time consuming.

expense approval workflow

Multiple leave in 1 application

Please consider setting up a new function to allow non-consecutive leave days to be applied in 1 application. Eg, every Monday for the next month. That way, approver will receive 1 email approval and not 4 or 5 email approvals.

Including an approve button on the email alert

The email alert for expenses only includes a pdf with the attachment. And requires a separate login to the website. Only after 5 steps, do you find the page where you can approve the expense.

Provide CSV file in Express view for Payroll Report 14 as well as all reports in various modules (eleave, epayroll etc) in CSV view as well.

I have been printing Payroll Report 14 in CSV view using Classic in the past. Unable to do so in Express now. CSV/excel format is very important & useful for us to work on the file.
