It would be good if Justlogin can have at the feature for superadmin to close benefit and expense to prevent employee from submitting claims for past years. Example, now is Feb 2024 and if there is no stop point for 2023 claims, it can run till end of year and employee can still submit it for 2023 which doesn't make sense when it comes to accounting audit. Normally, any claims need to be submitted monthly. Currently, we have to liaise with approx. 20+ managers so that if they see claims from 2023, please reject them but there are managers who overlooked this and still approved it since it does not exceed the annual threshold. Hence, the only viable way is for the system to prevent employee from submitting past year's claim.
