On the roster page, we have to scroll left and right to view the staff's shift for the whole month. It would be nice if we can freeze  the pane where the name of the users are, so that  even when we scroll left to right, we will still view the names of the users. Currently, if we scroll to the right, only shifts and dates can be seen. The names get hidden. A workaround would be to reduce the size of the screen so that the whole page can be seen without the need to scroll to the left/right.
