Change the lateness to monthly instead of weekly

I will be useful for business holder. As right now june lateness is in July it is confusing. It will be good if there's a page that show us how the system get the computation so we do not need to ask why it does not match

    Currently we have individual reports that show lateness for the whole month. Can we know if this is what you are looking for?
