When public holiday fall on a rest day, the next day is a replacement holiday

Currently, just login have a setting to allow if public holiday fall on sunday, the next day is a replacement holiday.

That is correct with the assumption of Sunday is a rest day.

But for employee who work on Sunday, current just login system provide extra holiday on Monday.
