A setting or feature in Attendance to show the minutes in Hours Worked in minutes format and not in decimal format

A partner client is requesting for a feature or setting where the Hours Worked minutes is displayed in actual minutes rather than in decimal place. For example - if the Total Hours Worked is 9 Hours and 53 minutes, currently, the system will show it as 9.88.
The partner would like to show it as 9hrs and 53mins, instead.
