Approval - All Company approval page does not clearly indicate that this is an approval for reimbursement

Expense > Claims > Approvals > All Company

I was told that this is the page where an Expense Admin will approve expenses for reimbursement, however there is no info on this page that tells me that this is reimbursement approval.
This should be much clearer.
