Being able to leave remarks for the next approver will be more effective and convenient. The approvers might have the same question about the claim, and they can just refer to the remarks from the previous approver(s) if they need more info.
It will save time for both the employee and the approvers, as the approvers will not need to keep asking the same question to the employee.
Similar to keying in remarks for rejection, approvers should have the option to key in remarks for approvals, and the remarks to be forwarded to the next approvers.
