You allow us to select the RO/AO from different entity accounts i.e cross entity account. And this is good because we do have Users whose leave applications are to be approved by someone else from another entity account.

BUT why is it that we can't have the same cross entity account when we need to select the User's supervisor?
In most cases, it is the Supervisor who is the RO yet I can have an RO from another entity account but I cannot identify that same RO as the User's supervisor.
