Optional to show Birthday on Celebrations Widget

Allow Admin or Staff to have the option of not showing their birthday on the Celebrations widget. Staff raised privacy concerns. Appreciate if can expedite this. Thanks.

    Super admin should have their own choice to select the widget/ information that we would like to display in the dashboard page under the Dashboard configuration. Currently, the widget access just has one option for selection. The flexibility is too low.
