General Dashboard

In the General Dashboard section, it would be beneficial to provide administrators with the capability to personalize the dashboard according to their preferences. This customization should encompass the inclusion of an "Announcement" tab, along with a dedicated section for "Past Announcements," aiding employees in conveniently accessing previous announcements.
