to add "Contract end" date into Justpeople and allow a reminder to be triggered when end date is near

Request to add "Contract end" date into Justpeople and allow a reminder to be triggered when the employee's contract end date is near e.g. 1 or 2 or 3 months so the HR can follow up. Pl include the function to renew the contract with a choice for duration e.g. 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 years or specific new end date.
