Understand that there is an option to allow staff to apply leave by hours. However, this should not be part of default setting as time off and annual leave should be treated differently.
As we do not allow AL to be applied by hours, we are stuck with either having ppl try their luck with the loophole or not being able to use the time off function. Please have the setting for application in hours separate in their individual settings rather than overall default.
