instead of have eleave just be able to generate the number of days of annual leave balance report, have it talk to epayroll and pull the monthly salary data from there and so that the report can show the leave balance provisions ($$$) for finance which audit will need.

This report is already available under ePayroll report 25 (Leave Balance Cost Preview Report). As it contains pay information which the leave administrator may not be allowed to see, we put it under payroll.
