Currently the time-off is set at 1 year by default. However, my company allows it for 2 years before expiry. End up my staff keeps coming back to ask me to reinstate their expired time-off and it will become very messy if I keep doing it. Can you allow the expiry to be flexible and up to 2 years which is to be approved by the managers during the addition?
