The AM/PM button is very confusing now.

My staff gave the feedback that the new interface to apply leave is very confusing if you want to apply for half a day leave. If you click on PM you are actually applying for AM leave. If you click on AM you are actually applying for PM leave. We currently have to cancel so many leaves because of this. Could you make this feature clearer, please?
