Allow specific timing of hours for leave eg medical appointment. Eg 2-5pm

Currently the system only allows for no. of hours for leave.

However, we have staff with medical appointments for eg at 3pm, and we need to see the timings of the hours that they have applied for. For eg. 2pm to 4pm.
