We have been advised by JustLogin Support to delete any wrong Off-In-Lieu entry/application that employee has submitted and get employee to resubmit a fresh application with the correct details. However, employee keep getting error message and system doesn't allow to reapply. We went back to JustLogin Support and later was informed that the system doesn't allow reapply request for Off-in-Lieu after wrong entry in History has been deleted. Please relook into the design and configuration for Off-In-Lieu as it should worked the same for Annual Leave where any applied leave entry that are incorrect can be deleted and resubmit again by the employee.
