After discussing with your support team(case no.131141), I understand that the current system do not support to credit the current year's entitlement to employees at the beginning of the next leave cycle.
My company follows the "Calendar Year Basis/Common Leave Year" approach for paid annual leave. The common leave year runs from 1.1 to 31.12. We will grant the paid annual leave for the current leave year to employees after finishing the current leave year as we follow to the Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong, which stated an employee is entitled to annual leave with pay after having been employed under a continuous contract for every 12 months. So in my company's case, we will grant the paid annual leave for 2023 to employees at the beginning of 2024. But according to the support team's explanation, we can only choose the system to grant the full entitlement at the beginning of the cycle, which means the system grant annual leave to employees at the beginning of 2023 instead of 2024. So that means there is no suitable option in the system regarding granting annual leave for my company. I cannot rely on the system to automatically grant annual leave every year. So please consider to add the new option for this situation and I believe there are many other companies facing same problem if they are also using justlogin.
