If we have the choices to transfer the balance leaves to other leave types would be better and have more clarity.

For example

Annual Leave --> Annual Leave B/F (with set expiry date)

Off In Leiu --> Off In Leiu B/F (with same expiry date that already set)

Suppose if we select same leave type :

(This is for whoever wish to keep in same leave type)

Annual Leave --> Annual Leave (under Adjustment) vice versa.

Currently it shows as adjustment under the same leave types makes confusing & require more clarification from the staffs.
