I had a user who submitted a HL application which we approved.
At the Approval page, the Approver typed in the Remarks column to substantiate the unique circumstance for reference.
But when I pull out the Leave Query Report for this HL application and clicked Print with Remarks, the Remarks column was blank. I understand from your support team that the Remarks column is only for User's remarks and not the Approver's Remarks. The Approver's remarks can be found under Calendar.
If I have to pull out a report for ref or for audit, I would like to just pull out the Leave Query Report and have both the User's & Approver's remarks captured in the same report. I go to 1 point to find the report and all supporting remarks and I print 1 document for it. I don't have to open the Report page, print then go to calendar to retrieve it and then print. It's double work. More paper being used.
We have added this to 2020 Q1 roadmap.
