Leave adjustment to inculde it as hours

I think for the leave adjustments instead of days , Can the team change or to include the hours Segment into the module  especially  OIL usually is by hours so we just input in as hours & let the system calculate into hours & days as to prevent adding or missing of hours when keying in of adjustment to the person

    You can add eg. 0.25 for 2 hrs if it is a 8 hr day. Some companies may use 8.8 hrs day. We will monitor the vote to see if we should accord higher priority for this.
