View staff leave calendar across all subsidiary companies in one screen.

Currently we have to switch between different subsidiaries company to view the staff leave calendar.  Suggest to enable the option to view all staff leave calendar in one screen without switching to different subsidiary companies.

    It is possible for me to switch between companies and view the vacation schedule. On the other hand, I propose that you view each of the companies on the same screen so that you do not have to repeatedly switch between companies. https://basketrandom.io

    Hi! I shared directory between the 2 entities but was unable to see any dropdown in the leave calendar to select the company. Kindly advise!

    I see. We didn’t consider this option because different companies may have different PHs and off days.

    We will review it again depending on the votes gathered for this idea.

    Hi,

    Currently, I can switch between companies and view the leave calendar.  However, I am suggesting to view all the companies on the same screen without the need to switch between companies.

    Hi Daniel,

    There is an existing feature for your to view and switch leave calendar across companies. First, you need to share the calendar with the other company:

    - Go to eAdmin/Directory/Sharing

    - enter the company ID of the companies to which you want to allow leave calendar sharing.

    Then there will be a dropdown in leave calendar for you to select the company to view the leave calendar. Please contact our support if you need further assistant.
