To reflect day besides date for leave approval notices to Approving officer

Currently AO only sees the date of leave applied but not the day. Having the day reflected saves the effort of AO to refer to the calendar to check. This is especially useful for companies where staff members work on Saturdays/Sundays and may have restricted number of Sat/Sun for leave application.
