Allow the Administrator to add a or additional supporting document to an already-approved leave application.
EG: Proper death certificate which eventually came in (true case - user only had attached an (overseas) application for death cert when she applied for Compassionate Leave. Subsequently she received the proper death cert and we wanted it to attach to the already-approved leave application without having to cancel leave and re-apply.
