Set expiration date for Time-Off In Lieu (TOIL) & Public-Holiday in Lieu (PHIL)

This is the standard norm across all companies and this is the first time I encountered a system with no such feature. :-)

    Good news, the development is done and this feature will be released in Sep 2019. We will introduce a new feature to allow adjustment with effective and expiry dates.

    We will include this in our roadmap for 2019 to allow leave adjustment with the expiry  date.
