Reminder of Expiring Time-Off

Currently there is reminder for expiring of Off-in-lieu. Can you expand that to reminder for expiring time-off as well? Since it also has an expiry date tag to it.

    Hi May May,

Understand that you would like to have a reminder feature for expiring Leave Adjustment. I would like to suggest you to go to Leave Configuration --> Company Settings --> Section 5: Advanced Settings --> Tick the box "Send email reminders __ day(s) before leave expires." and set the number of days email reminders are sent to staff before their leave adjustments expire.

Please kindly take note that this email reminder applies to all leave adjustment types, not just off-in-lieu or time-off.

That being said, we will adjust the location of this option on system interface to avoid confusion accordingly.

Let me know if this works for you! Thank you :)

    Hi,

Yes that is the problem. We can set expiry date when adding time-off into staff account. However there is no “Reminder” to let staff know that the time-off is expiring soon.

I am suggesting that there is a Reminder feature where email is sent to staff letting them know that their time-off is going to expire so that they can remember to clear them.

    Best regards,

    May May

    Hi Chew,

Thank you for raising this suggestion. May we kindly understand if your "Time-off" set up is also one of the Leave Types created in your organisation?

If so, when you credit "Time-off" for your staff as a Leave Adjustment, you shall be able to set expiry date as well since admin can set expiry date for all Leave Adjustments.

Please kindly let us know if you would like to have further clarification on this feature and hope the above helps!

    Thank you!
