Allow user to edit work week naming so coy can track their workers category respectively.

Normal - 09:00 - 18:00
Alternate 1 - 5.5 days week
Alternate 2 - 6 days week (Mon - Sat)
Alternate 3 - 7 days week to define shift worker support 24/7
