SafeClock Visitor Log Enhancement

I would like to request for an improvement to the Visitor Log section, hopefully to include some basic questions, which can fulfil the Safe Management Measures. Attached simple form we use for now, as reference.

App Phonebook Restrictions

Our staff are able to see everyone's contact details on the app. Hope to able to set restrictions, such that they are only able to see contact details of other staff who belong to same department as them.

Pls close "Great" window permanently, it appears everytime when I am doing the payroll. Very irritating

If you cannot improve the system, at lease please don't make it backward or inefficient, thank you.

Customise Birthday Reminder Photo

Hi, can we customise the birthday photo that's sent to our staff. The current photo is one that looks quite kiddish :) It will be good if we can edit the photo.

Add Department Headings for OrgChart

A Weekly or Monthly "Insight" email to Administrator

Just like slack / outlook cortana, they will send a trend or insight report to us every week to share some data with us: For Slack: 1. How many new member join this week2. How many member deactivate this week3. How many channel created this week4....

Currency Conversion on Transfer

We have different functional currencies between Just Login (SGD) and Xero (USD), so the SGD amounts got posted as USD in Xero. It will be great if there is an option to manage this.

We can create different grades under Employee Grade Management, but there's nowhere to assign to each employee.

Create JustPeople Module

Can we have a JustPeople module instead of having this information nested under My Profile? To be consistent with the rest of the modules. It's more intuitive and easier for employees to find their information.
