Risk management and control - have a different person to approve the payroll, not the same person doing the payroll and approving.

Email Notification for Pending Tasks
Just like on eLeave, it would be awesome if we can setup a notification for pending tasks on eBenefit, for example one email per day for 3 days. This would greatly ease the chances of missing on approvals.
