Include the total according to the category in the expense report.

It will be easier for Finance team to do the bookkeeping purpose in our accounting software.

Multiple items in 1 single receipt

To allow users to indicate that there are multiple item in a single receipt when they create a claim. This will give administrator more clarity. OCR should pick the grand total instead of line total for receipt which have more than 1 item.

Allow to upload a file to the report

Currently receipts can only be uploaded to the individual claims which will then be put under a report. Our company would require to upload a file to the report which is currently not possible. Could such a feature be added?

Allow secretary to do the expense claim for the boss

Some bosses may find it too time consuming to do their expense claims and want to pass it to their secretaries. Could there be a way to allow the secretary to do this without giving the login credentials of the boss to the secretary?

Archive/Delete Project codes

There are old project codes that we no longer use which need to be archive or delete, otherwise the drop down list is going to get longer and longer. it is also confusing for the team which project codes should be used.
