Expense module Reimbursement Bank File Generation

Clients who are reimbursing or paying their employees expense claims separately would benefit on this. There are clients who don't want to include the expense claims in payroll. Or for those client who are only using the expense module.

Expense Report Layout is out and the fonts used is not standardized

Expense Report Layout fonts is not standardized, the entire layout is out and wasting papers if needed to print it out.

Plse make available a report which shows ALL the claims reimbursed in the month.

Currently, i was told to run reports for Dec 2021, Jan 2022 and Feb 2022 for claims reimbursed in Feb 2022. The claims in Feb 2022 include claims made in Dec 2021 and Jan 2022 which were approved in Feb 2022

To allow multiple days of application per leave type including half day (am/pm) in one application

It make sense because the approving officer, doesn't need to approve over 30 applications individually from the same employee based on different days (half/full day) and the Administrator doesn't need to receive over 30 notifications of approvals ...

Easy to view expense description

A column in the expense report for each individual expense's "Description" so that the Approver can easily see what each expense was for. Otherwise the Approver would have to enter each expense to see the details, which is tedious and time consuming.
