Show more info at benefit history

Please show description under benefit history to allow better check and control, especially if company put a cap on max claim. we are seeing 10 lines with the same amount and it is not easy to tell if there are duplicate claims.

Super Admin should be able to see more

Super Admin, as with the name, should be given more access i.e. when was the claim submitted, which claim is pending whose approval, attachments to the claim etc.

Email Notification for Pending Tasks

Just like on eLeave, it would be awesome if we can setup a notification for pending tasks on eBenefit, for example one email per day for 3 days. This would greatly ease the chances of missing on approvals.

Configuration or settings to set the Description mandatory

A client is requesting to have a settings or config to set the Description mandatory. So employees will be required to enter the description.

Assign access report to finance/other user.

It seems odd that your system allows assigning access for expenses report to other but not for the Benefits module. Since both technically fall under claims, it would be more logical for Finance to have access to both rather than just one.
