Designation - mass edit feature

Add a feature in people or payroll module to edit the designation for all employees in one page, instead of editing it via People module one by one per employee.

Add validation to bulk import template

Validate each column for the right format (for example. Username shall not contain a space), provide predefined values for selection on those only accepting defined-value, and pre-populate default values for the commonly used columns/fields.

Optional to show Birthday on Celebrations Widget

Allow Admin or Staff to have the option of not showing their birthday on the Celebrations widget. Staff raised privacy concerns. Appreciate if can expedite this. Thanks.
