Payroll Group Admin Access - To give or allow access to Payroll reports 17a and 17b, 3(c), currently only the Payroll Admins have access to these reports.

Payroll Group Admin Access - To give or allow access to view CPF Submission number and to change it if needed. Currently the CPF Submission number assigned to employees is not visible to the Payroll Group Admins, only Payroll Admins.
