Add Child Tax Relief as a mandatory field

Currently, clients must manually enter child details in the payroll system under Payroll > Admin > View Details > Tax Information. This process often leads to confusion or clients forgetting to complete this section.

Recommend the following improvements:

  1. Add the child details field to the onboarding template, allowing clients to fill it in immediately without missing this step.

  2. Make it mandatory in the Payroll module when the marital status is set to married, widowed, divorced, or single with children, with an option for "None." This will ensure clients are prompted to complete this section.

  3. The dependent section in the People module may confuse clients, as they might assume it is for child tax claims. This could lead to discrepancies in the PCB if they believe they’ve already filled it in. To prevent confusion, it would be helpful to either link this section to payroll (if feasible) or move it to a separate tab to ensure clarity for clients.

Child Tax Relief information are important as they impact tax computations.
