Certain MY statutory files, such as e-CP22A and e-CP22B, require a mobile phone number for successful submission to the government.
Currently, clients must manually upload mobile numbers in the People module. If they forget or are unaware of this requirement, they may encounter errors when generating bank files and struggle to identify where to input the missing mobile number.
To improve efficiency, it is recommended to:
Add the mobile phone field in the User Admin and Payroll modules, allowing clients to input numbers when creating new users.
Include the field in the onboarding import file to streamline bulk uploads and prevent missing information.
