Able to generate individual staff payroll report by period for all her payroll item

This is useful for HR staff to use to determine the individual payroll for a period. Currently, the Justlogin report 10 doesn't cater to this request.

To display CPF record figure instead of Tick

When the CPF contribution amount is the same as the previous month, CPF report should show the exact contribution figure rather than a tick which is misleading.
