This is a very nice feature I found in another software: What they do is similar to when you have to agree to Googles Terms of Service for example. So there is a section in the app where there is a list of documents by the company. And what the employee needs to do is that they have to open the document scrool through it and at the end they have to agree that they read, understood and accept the terms of the document. This could be the company policy for example or a work procedure and so on. This could save a lot of time and is an easy way to spread information across the company. I think this would be a real benefit for many custeomers.
