Generate Reports to include the most recent job title to an employee

Currently under Reports section, whenever I extract reports, the system automatically adds in all job titles of employees, which means an employee will appear more than 1 which is confusing and hard to generate up to date headcount report. I think it would be good to include a filter to exclude past information and reflect current details.
