Many organizations who onboard with JustLogin will likely have an existing process, service or system for where they track employee information, of which some pieces of information cannot be imported into JustLogin, because it does not have a field for it. One simple example during these COVID times, would be vaccination status.
These organizations will either have to stop recording this info or maintain a separate system with this info.
It would be very useful if each user object in the User Admin portal could have an additional set of fields. These are the current sections: Basic Details, Leave Details, Pay Details and Expense Details.
Add another section for "Custom" where there could be 5-10 customizable fields with headers.
This info should also be exportable through the User Admin > Bulk Import > Existing Users Template option
