It would be good to allow approver to put some remarks on leave rejection when performing approval/rejection via email leave notification received.
Applicant will be notified of leave rejection with reason indicated. Instead of having receiving an email notification that leave rejected without reason stated. Otherwise, user would need to access to web portal for requested function.
