Many companies have employees who are transferred between entities, or employees who leave and rejoin. The system currently only records one date. Being able to record the employees' movement will be useful as we can track long service awards across entities, and also ensure employees do not resign and rejoin too frequently.
Companies which have many entities, locally and globally, will benefit from this. In addition, all companies will benefit as they are able to track employees who leave and rejoin, in the event if there is a change in HR. This will help companies keep proper records.
It will be good if the system can have another field for first join date, and also reflect in the reports we generate so that we can analyse and filter if required.
