Allow setting to show ALL the employees instead of only 10

Hi,

Currently when we have various reports so items processed or for approval , the system only shows 10 entries at a time.

So every time one needs to make changes to increase the items that can be shown.

Why we cannot have in setting that either ALL entries to be shown or at least enough to the number of employees payroll is processed.
