The payslip report is currently unable to support non-English characters. We are using the JustLogin for our Japan branch, and Japanese is their national language.

Companies which have entities outside Singapore will benefit from this enhancement. Countries such as Japan and Korea are using non-English characters, and we will have issues if the payslips are not in their national languages.

Japanese characters are not fully supported in the system yet. Therefore, I suggest that the system to be upgraded to fully support other characters.
